The things I do with my 3D printer

I don’t use my 3D printer for printing things to sell because it just cannot do jewelry prints that are as good as the SLS nylon prints. However, I use it for printing things for my display when selling in person. I’m always interested in making my selling experience faster. better. stronger.
My latest thing is to making something for my bracelet display. I really like this store-bought display, but it’s hard to transport to shows in my luggage because it won’t fit into tight spaces. I need to be able to assemble it on site.

So, what I did was cut the base off from the pole, and then I 3d printed a piece that can be used to attach the pole on site.

The 3d printed piece is glued onto the base, and then I stick the pole on when I’m setting up. These two pieces can fit into my luggage much more easily.

An added benefit is that I can rotate the top section and keep the base at certain angles, which can be useful, depending upon what kind of table setup I’m allowed to use.
